I will say there are a lot of times where I wanted to cry for Ava, and then times I wanted to cry for Jesse. This book was really long but it was able to keep my interest from start to finish. I am not sure that I could ever handle that type of intensity that is for sure! It is truly amazing the intensity of their connection, and just how DEEPLY he loves her. He needs constant reassuance from her that he truly has her unconditional love, and she battles herself to give that to him. “I can manage with anything, but never you. There were so many parts that as I read I was thinking Uhh RUN AVA RUN, because holy shit does Jesse have some heavy ass baggage. He doesn’t want to be her “Dom” he just wants her to NEED him. Ava and Jesse’s relationship take a lot of natural progression throughout this story, he pushes her and she pushes back, they are not your typical dominate/submissive. In the first two books it was a lot of sex, punishment fucks, fucking sense into her, and sleepy sex, This Man Confessed is no different. Their relationship covers an extremely short time and with everything they endure you would think it was the course of a few years. Jesse Ward is overprotective and Ava O’Shea pushes every single button he has. This whole series is a crazy-ish, intense, and sometimes borderline INSANITY.
